A WINTER WONDERLAND WEDDING

Event Description
After consulting with our clients, it was determined that the bride and groom wanted a wedding to rival all weddings. They had an ideal budget, but were willing to be flexible if it meant having the wedding of their dreams. The main focus for the bride and groom was their theme, A Winter Wonderland. For the wedding ceremony, the bride and groom wanted to be outdoors with a beautiful backdrop. Following the ceremony, they wanted to host a cocktail hour, adjacent to the ceremony, but leading into the reception hall. As for the reception, the bride and groom envisioned falling snow, fog, blue lighting, drapes, and chiavari chairs. The location had to be large enough to accommodate approximately 150 guest. The wedding will take place on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 6PM, right when the sun is setting. I. Location
The wedding will be held at The Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes Hotel, in Orlando, Florida. For guests who will be traveling to the wedding, by way of the airport, will have the option of using the hotels airport shuttle at a cost of $45 roundtrip. The distance from the Orlando International Airport to the hotel is approximately 12.2 miles, estimating 17 minutes in travel time. Area attractions, such as theme parks are located within a 15 mile distance, estimating a 20 minute travel time. II. Surrounding Vicinity
The Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes Hotel is adjacent to the JW Marriott Hotel. While the wedding will be held at the Plaza Ballroom, guest may also reserve guest rooms at the JW Marriott Hotel at their leisure. Both hotels are located on the Grand Lakes property and are connected by the Conference Center and walking breezeway.

Remember too that when you go to a restaurant to eat, you are there only 20-30 minutes and sharing the restaurant with others with no DJ. A restaurant is priced with the conception that they turn over guests in 20 minutes on average (if they didn't they would go out of business fast)! The mall is located on the intersection of Norman Drive and Saint Augustine Road. The mall has one of the highest visitor counts in all of South Georgia. Belk can be found on the west side of the mall in between Old Navy and JC Penny if you come in through the front mall entrance. I have included a map of the mall so that you will know exactly where it is. [pic] Customer Service This Belk serves over 350 patrons while bringing in over $15,000 in sales on an average day. The average transaction takes 7 minutes and costs $45. ¾ of sales come from Belk credit card holders. Card holders enjoy many benefits that regular customers do not, including: special sale days, more coupons, tailoring, free shipping, and cash back. One negative is that at times due to not enough workers being present the wait times for a transaction can rise. Décor The store has white ceiling and walls with carpet on the areas containing clothing. The store in laid out in a way that I feel is somewhat cluttered and lacking space between the clothing racks.
