Due to poor recruitment in the Garden Depot, the organization suffers with their labour management system. The part-time summer staff in the landscaping division are inexperienced and require constant supervision, leading to inefficiency during tasks. This expresses the lack of fit between structure and people. Requiring employees without any job description or qualification results in an inconsistency in the workplace. Since student workers only join for the summer, they are unable to perform quality performance as a permanent qualified worker would. By not having job responsibilities for the staff, the executions of tasks become relatively poor, eventually resulting in a downfall in the organization’s performance. employees do not ask for help from upper-level management

Individuals apart of the Garden Depot are causing the company many problems which is causing the company have to poor, incomplete and inconsistent jobs. There is a lack of fit between people and the organizational process. King hired Sinclair with no care of how much experience Sinclair actually had in the landscaping field. Sinclair has no experience in management or landscaping market. This leads to Sinclair being unable to answer customer questions. Employees also do not ask questions when they need help, which leads to tasks being poorly done. There is poor communication between the employees and management. Employees do not write the actual parts used and also have incorrect amounts on the bills.

Pile it as high as you care to then put cardboard over the pile. Tie cardboard down so that it doesn’t blow away. Doing this will insulate the underlying soil from extreme low temperatures which will enable soil life to work its way up to the organic material and begin to break it down. No matter what kind of soil you have, this additional organic material will be beneficial. Step 3a: If you don’t have the time to allow for the slow breakdown of organic material (and we mean months when we say slow, not days or weeks), you have two options; dig up the existing soil or create a raised bed using soil from another place. To try to keep costs down, we recommend that you dig the area up and add some well-aged compost.
