El control estadístico factor clave en la gestión de calidad

Los criterios de calidad de productos y/o servicios son considerados hoy en día como los requisitos exigidos por los clientes, convirtiéndose en un objetivo a cumplir por parte de todas los departamentos de la empresa u organización. La implementación de técnicas estadísticas permite incrementar los niveles de calidad e incrementar la rentabilidad, debido a que permite tomar decisiones para reducir costos y a un mayor grado de satisfacción del cliente; por lo anterior el control estadístico como factor clave en la gestión de calidad es claro ya que se convierte en una fuente de análisis de datos generados en los procesos, productos e inspecciones para la toma de decisiones que permite la mejora continua. Según los datos obtenidos de la encuesta respondiendo a la pregunta ¿Conoce usted si se aplica en su empresa alguna de las siguientes técnicas estadísticas de control para su análisis y toma de decisiones?, para el análisis es importante aclarar que algunas empresas implementan más de una técnica de análisis estadístico. Según los datos obtenidos se tiene que el 45,54%, 138 empresas aplican el control estadístico de procesos lo cual les permite mediar la variación de sus procesos y establecer límites de control; el control estadístico de productos y servicios con un 24,75%, 75 son empresas que se preocupan por cuales son los atributos con los cuales deben obtener sus productos o prestar sus servicios; con un 21,78% 65 empresas implementan los planes de inspección por muestreo, herramienta que permite lograr una producción de alta calidad; con un 33,33%, 100 empresas abordan la estadística desde un punto de vista investigativo para resolver problemas puntuales y por ultimo con un 13,86%, 42 empresas no utilizan ninguna técnica estadística lo cual implica para la…...

...Internal Controls Internal controls are a necessary part of any company. They are comprised of all the methods and measures used by a company to one of two things. (Wetland, Kieso, & Kimmel, 2003,) They either safeguard a companies assets from things such as theft or unauthorized use, or they help to enhance the accuracy and dependability of a companies accounts and records. Preventive controls attempt to avoid the occurrence of unwanted events, whereas detective controls attempt to identify unwanted events after they have occurred. Preventive controls inhibit the free use of computing resources and therefore can be applied only to the degree that the users are willing to accept. GOMBARUME * ABSTRACT: This paper assessed factors that influence the internal controls in ensuring good corporate governance in financial institutions in developing economies with special reference to Zimbabwe. The research paper assessed how lack of internal controls affected good corporate governance and aimed to bring out elements of good corporate governance. It emerged that failure to effectively implement internal controls contributed significantly to poor corporate governance. The study discovered that internal control system overrides and the issue of “fact cat” directors also contributed to poor corporate governance. ...sala de hidroterapia cuenta con una serie de tinas de varios tamaños (tres) así como una piscina con capacidad para varias personas y con temperatura de 35 a 37 grados centígrados, la terapia con agua es muy útil ya que tiene un efecto estimulante y de reparación, las sesiones en la sala de hidroterapia van desde los 15 a los 20 minutos. Al estar en esta sala observamos cómo es que las personas utilizan diferentes recursos con los que cuenta la sala para tratar sus diversos padecimientos. Cabe destacar el buen trato que los pacientes reciben por parte los que laboran o hacen prácticas en el Centro de Rehabilitación. Aunque de igual manera destacamos algunos procesos que podrían ser mejorados con la incursión de tecnología y sistemas de control, tal es el caso de la forma que registran a los pacientes que entran a la sala (lo hacen en libretas). En la sala de electroterapia el panorama no tiene mayor diferencia, el trato es muy amable, el personal apoya de manera correcta a los pacientes. En esta sala se cuenta con una serie de aparatos con capacidad de enviar estimular partes del cuerpo mediante el uso de electricidad, de la misma manera hay “magnetos” que tienen diversos usos curativos y de estimulación en las lesiones de los que asisten por terapia. ...1. Flight Controls Purpose of flight controls: The purpose of a flight control system is transfer motion/force input from a pilot to a flight control surface. In a traditional aircraft, flight control systems are broken down by axis of control: pitch, roll and yaw. Flight control systems can be either reversible or irreversible. A reversible system is a flight control system where movement applied to the control surface moves the control in the flight compartment. A simple example is shown in Figure 1. Reversible flight control systems are used on smaller aircraft where the hinge moment (surface) loads are small enough that a mechanical linkage system is adequate. Another reversible flight control system is shown in Figure 2. This is a 2D representation of a system that shows some typical components in a reversible flight control system. The systems shown in Figures 1 and 2 both contain a cable system, however, reversible systems can also be designed using pushrods and bellcranks without cables.
