Choosing your transportation destiny
(http://asuubertaxizip.weebly.com/)
In this article, ‘Choosing your transportation destiny’, I will critique the part on ‘defining the audience’. Whenever you are designing a website whose aim is to get more customers for a specific product or service, you need to have a target audience. Each and every product always has a target audience which can be defined in terms of age, physical location or even beliefs. A website must be designed to target that particular group which you intend to sell to.
In our website they have clearly identified the target audience. The target audience is the first-year, on-campus, ASU student. I think that this was a good target for the services being offered. As describe in the website, the student also spends an average of 6.5 hours out running errands and this therefore this makes the student a perfect target for Uber taxi services which the website is promoting.
I think that the part was well written, the author took time to research on the target audience and he supports his arguments with facts. The findings which the writer has given are accurate. From the presentation of arguments, the writer has a clear understanding of the target audience.
In a contrary opinion I think that it was wrong to make assumptions. The writer states that, “We've also assumed that the average round trip is 8 miles since we don't imagine the average first year student going outside of a five mile radius of campus regularly”. It is not good to make assumptions when it comes to target audience as this may lead to losses in the business you are…...

...classify these skills into uniform concepts as structure of programming implementation. These structure shall bear the emphasis to: • what instructions (selectable from a complete list of instructions as a tools list) essential and best to perform a certain task; • how these instructions are organized into a sub program which can be reused or recalled as many times as possible to perform the identical task with different set of data; • to preserve the minimum lines of instruction but performs the maximum tasks. The less instruction lines require less operating times, thus expetite the implementation speed. The main proccess of program (instructions) implementation is nothing else just the manipulation of data. We need to know how to identify the source of data, procedure to fetch these data, to process these data, procedure to send these data to the required and allowable destinations. The procedure of fectching and sending data between source and destinations is carried out by various addressing approaches which are known as addressing modes. The structure of the internal registers of MC68000 is shown in Figure 4.1. The whole or portion of this structure will be used to show the data changes and movement throughout the rest of this unit. ...The first I have to do is to finish this school. After it there I would like to study The University of Economics or Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Czech Technical University. Rather I would like to study the University of Economics, because after finishing it I would have two qualifications, computer specialist and engineer of economy. The second school is very good too, because I would have a complex overview in computers. During the studies I would like to join some exchange program for students and study few months abroad. It would be absolutely perfect, because of get some experience with foreign circumstances. Next aim I would like to achieve is to learn fluently French and German. It’s necessary, because we are surrounded by German speaking countries and the official language in the European Union is the French. My school selection has another advantage. After reach some experience skills in the computer world I could certify my knowledge by Microsoft certificating program. The test and certificate are world reputable, which could be very useful in the future job. During the studies, there is a possibility to work for a company connected with school, where I could get some experience as a practice. If I found some good practice during my studies I would try to lunch out on my own. I would try to find a flat and live my own life. What I Would Like to Learn from Pshcology

...What would I like to learn about in this course and why are you interested in it? The first topic that I notice when I opened up my general psychology ninth edition in modules textbook by David Myers was States of Consciousness. I want to learn about this topic because I feel like everyone can master their mind and just become a better individual. I feel the first step of mastering the mind is to first learn how the mind works that’s why I signed up for this course so I can gain more knowledge of the inner workings of the consciousness and the sub- consciousness mind. Once you know how the sub- consciousness minds works and begin to learn how to train to work in your favor I believe the sky is the limit after that. I’ve listening to great motivational speakers on a daily basis such as Less brown, Anthony Robbins, Napoleon hill and Dale carnige. They all have one thing in common the say that the secret to true success and to be truly happy one must think! Nowadays people do the exact opposite from that because they are too busy or to distracted by mindless social media like instagram or twitter which does nothing for the individual instead of making them an internet and cell phone junkie that’s just my opinion. That’s just the tip of the iceberg I feel like it going to get way worse. I want to learn more about the sub- consciousness because they say that the sub- consciousness is a hundred times more stronger than the consciousness the .When people believe that their......

This House Would Legalise Prostitution

...to protect the workers from violence and STDs such as HIV To the Home Secretary, I am writing to express the distress I feel about the current laws of prostitution and how legalising it would protect against STDs and violence. I have three main reasons as to why prostitution must be legalised. To begin your current laws banning prostitution are ineffective. Secondly legalising prostitution would be much safer for the prostitutes and thirdly legalisation can be part of a wider education in context to prostitution, which I will explain further later on. Before I consider the three reasons I want to heighten your awareness of the current abuse statistics and the current HIV statistics. a detailed study carried out in 2004 concluded that prostitutes do indeed have an increased chance of contracting STDs such a syphilis, hepatitis B and HIV. Over all 30,000 women a year worldwide die of HIV contracted through prostitution. These shocking figures surely warrant some consideration towards legalising prostitution. So why is prohibition ineffective? It may shock you to hear that the UK has increasing rates of prostitution and could be set to overtake the USA. Due to high unemployment these women (in a low paid, low skilled job) would earn around £5.93 an hour. The women who prostitute may not have any other source of income and desperately need the money for their families. We need to become comfortable with the fact that (worldwide) people will always be willing to pay......

...Exercise 3.1.1- Question: What would happen if wireless devices were not governed by the Wi-Fi Alliance and each vendor had its own standards and protocols? What impact would this have on your personal life or business communications? Answer: If wireless devices had no governance or set of rules to abide by, it would greatly impact everything we do day to day. Think of the hidden security that we have now with wireless. If that was gone it would be easier for someone to acquire your information, such as your social security number, your bank account information. What the Wi-Fi Alliance does is gives us piece of mind. How many people today know about the Wi-Fi Alliance? I believe, unfortunately, not enough people. Exercise 3.1.2- Question: Give another example of a model that is used to visualize something that is difficult to observe or perceive. How does the model make it easier to understand? Answer: My example is Mind Mapping. With Mind Mapping it’s very easy to collaborate all your ideas, thoughts, notes, and references all in one place. I think it would be easier to show someone what it is you’re talking about. And by adding all your information into the Mind Map, it’s very easy to explain to someone (like a Lab Partner) where you’re coming from and how you’re seeing the issue or problem at hand. Exercise 3.1.3- Question: Based on what you already know about networks, what are the different layers you think would be necessary for communication to be......

...IS CRIME ANISSUE AT QEGS Introduction I think crime is an issue at QEGS but mostly petit crimes such as small thefts and graffiti on a small scale. However there are some exceptions to this such as the recent burning (arson) in the boy’s toilets, large graffiti near studio and sometimes you hear about people taking illegal drugs but these are anomalies so I have decided not to use these in my graphs and results. In future I think school could learn from these incidents by placing cameras in blind spots and clearing out toilets before lessons to ensure no pupils are left UN watched during lessons. Also smoke alarms could be fitted in more places so a member of staff could be alerted quicker. Personally I think the most common crime in QEGS is bulling and vandalism/graffiti I think this as they are easy to commit and hard to see by teachers unless they are really obvious. This is also why crimes like drugs and under aged smoking as you can smell cigarettes and see the effects of illegal drugs such as cannabis, cocaine and amphetamines. If the consequences were not so bad for being caught doing this sort of crime it would be far more common. I also think that major crime rates are very low in QEGS as home lives of most students are calm safe and good and the families are reasonably wealthy so often pupils do not go out of control doing larger crimes. CONCLUSION In conclusion to this I think it shows that not many big scale crimes are committed although a lot of......

...upon a time, there was this boy. His name was Choi Sung Woo. And I hated him. Even to this day, I don’t know how Choi Sung Woo and I became best friends. “Eun Sung ah, why are you so UGLY??” See what I mean? How could I be friends with somebody so mean? “Choi Sung Woo why are you so mean?” “What?” Sung Woo looked seriously at me. “You want me to lie?” Sung Woo had this funny habit of leaving me speechless, even if I had already heard his insults a thousand times before. “Choi Sung Woo, I hate you.” Sung Woo laughed and flicked me lightly on the forehead. “No you don’t,” he teased. “You love me, Kim Eun Sung.” [[ In the Beginning ]] I remember walking into class on the first day, and seeing Choi Sung Woo in the seat next to mine. I remember thinking that school was going to be hell this year, with Sung Woo in my class. We had a funny friendship, Sung Woo and I. “Eun Sung ah.” Sung Woo sounded serious. “Do you consider me a close friend, or just a friend?” I paused in whatever I was doing. Whatever I had been expecting to hear from Sung Woo, this was definitely on the bottom of the list. “Well do you consider me as a close friend or just a friend?” Sung Woo didn’t even need to think about it. “A close friend.” I don’t remember if I was smiling – it felt like I was. “Me too.” In the beginning, I didn’t know what to think when Choi Sung Woo started calling me. At first it was just for homework, but then our......

...criteria that I.T, ITES, industry giants had in their agenda, once this was clear a first class degree would not serve the purpose, the candidate have to satisfy the skill sets that the companies were looking for. And unanimously, the skills set that they were looking for communication skills. People in organisations usually spends 75 percent of their daily time on communication through writing, reading, listening, speaking, inter-debate etc. Effective communication is an essential component for organisation success, whether it is the interpersonal intra group organisation or external levels. A recent newspaper report said that our of very hundred interviews, only five qualified for the employability. It is not that were technically not sound but they lacked in communication skills. Communication skills are as important as technical qualifications for youngsters aiming at a bright career. Communications hold the key. Poor communication skills, low confidence levels and improper body language have resulted out in the job race. The person recruited will have to deal with the global clients directly. The command over the language and accent neutralization also plays a vital role in the recruitment process. Would I Choose to Medicate My Adhd Child?

...Would I Choose to Medicate My ADHD Child? Parents always want to do what is best for their child, so if I had a child that was diagnosed with ADHD, I would want to make sure that I make the right choice when it comes to medication. Medicating an ADHD child can control impulses and hyperactivity, and improve the ability to concentrate and follow through with tasks. For some children this is the best choice because the medication will help them to do better in school, both academically and socially. For others, medication may not be the best choice because it can have alot of negative side effects such as headaches, depression, dizziness, loss of appetite and difficulty sleeping. Medication can also have some severe side effects such as cheast pain, shortness of breathe and even sudden death in children with heart problems. Any one of these is enough for a parent to make the desicion not to medicate their child. That is why it is important that I get all the facts about the medication and make sure that this is really the best choice for my ADHD child. There are many reasons why I wouldn't medicate my child. Many children with health problems such as high blood pressure, Hyperthyroidism, Glaucoma and any kind of heart problem cannot take ADHD medication. If my child were to have any of these conditions then I definately would not medicate my child. If my child didn't have any of those problems, then I would have to look at all the side......
